Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing body of MacCormac College, responsible for the educational mission and fiscal policies for the College.

The Board of Trustees makes independent, impartial decisions that safeguard the best interests of the College and its students. The Board endorses and observes the Illinois Nonprofit Principles and Best Practices made available on the Donor's Forum website


Mike Golebiowski, Chairman of the Board

Mike Golebiowski, President of Integrated Bank Technology, has been involved in outsource services and technology innovation for the financial services and the payments industry for more than 39 years. He managed development projects for Financial Technology, EDS and The Lane Banking Group before founding MICR Resource Management, a financial sources company where he served as its president and CEO until he merged with IBT in 2008. Mike serves on various industry-related committees for electronic exchange issues and payments and enjoys teaching religious education for his parish community.

Bernard J. Toussaint, Secretary

Bernard J. Toussaint is serving his second term as a Trustee of MacCormac College. He also holds the office of Secretary for the College and serves on an advisory committee to the College’s paralegal program. Bernie practices law in Chicago’s western suburbs.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, commercial real estate transactions, business entity formation and business transactions.  Bernie is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Greater Oak Brook Chamber of Commerce.


Rhonda Jensen

Rhonda Jensen founded Jensen Reporting in 1986. Through dedication and adherence to a strong work ethic, she has grown the business from a one-person shop into a worldwide court reporting agency. Having been a reporter for more than two decades, her wealth of litigation support experience gives her an edge in fulfilling the varied needs of her clients. Rhonda belongs to numerous professional organizations including the National Court Reporters Association, the Illinois Court Reporters Association, and the Society for the Technological Advancement of Reporting. Since graduating from MacCormac College in 1984, she has gone on to achieve the highest certification attainable for court reporting – Registered Diplomate Reporter. Additionally, she has achieved status as a Certified Realtime Reporter and Certified LiveNote Reporter. She is also a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise and the National Association of Professional and Executive Women.
